Recruitment Timeline
Our recruitment process consists of several stages designed to help us get to know you.
Information Session
Step 1Oct 19th, 6:00 PM PT, via Zoom: An opportunity to learn more about Bruin Biotech Investing and meet more of our members.
Application
Step 2Due Oct 20th, 12:00 PM PT: Applicants must submit their resumé along with a few essay questions. BBI will review submissions and send out coffee chat invitations shortly after.
Coffee Chats (Invite Only)
Step 3Oct 25th, 9:00 AM PT: Non-technical group interviews with 3-4 applicants and a chance to meet BBI members.
Final Interview (Invite Only)
Step 4Oct 28/29: During this interview, we will assess your interests in healthcare and knowledge of the biotech industry as a whole. Additionally, candidates will pitch an investment idea from their initial application. Expect follow up questions related to scientific topics, competition, regulatory risk, clinical trial data, and your investment thesis.
